Cancellation Policy
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
*15 minute grace period allotted. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be marked as same day cancellation/no-show and 40% cancellation fee will be collected. Please contact me if there’s a possibility you will be tardy to your appointment. I will always try to be as accommodating as possible!
Please understand that each appointment is a reserved time specifically for you; every minute counts. If an appointment is cancelled without giving enough notice, the opportunity is missed to fill the appointment time/ wait listed clients miss the opportunity for an open time slot.
Please remember there are no guests allowed inside.

Fever, coughing, sneezing, persistent watering eyes, eye irritation, any allergy flare ups can prevent me from effectively completing a service. Please consider rescheduling if you are experiencing any of these symptoms.
